moving from another host

if i am moving from another cpanel host, would doing a full backup on my site there, and then restoring that backup to your servers work? i am trying to figure out how to move my mailboxes mostly. the web stuff is easier to move. please let me know. thanks!

It all depends on the system you are hosted on at the moment.
If it is a linux/cpanel host you have now, then there are good chances that you can make full backups/email aliases etc, and restore them on a new account at HFW.

In anyway, at HFW it is very easy to create the emailboxes, and the webpages are no problem.

Mysql DBs are easy to "transfer" if you do a full backup first and create appropriate users...very easy, if you are already hosted on a linux box with cpanel...

If you are NOT hosted on a linux/cpanel box you should contact HFW directly and ask them how you do it easily....it is not that big a problem.

...and in my opinion...HFW is a good, reliable and responsabile webhosting company!
